How this vote will be conducted
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mail votes to me <simon@jasmine.org.uk> to arrive by 23.59 GMT on the
7th December 1998. I would prefer you reply to this post, because then
I can simply filter the votes into a file. I will then count votes and
post the result, together with a summary statement of who voted (not
what they voted for); email addresses in the statement will be
spam-blocked.

You may vote for propositions a and b and either c or d.

The voting form
