The procedure for candidature and voting was developed and 
published in scot.announce and scot.general (See article 
<OAbqxCAbTLe2EwBQ@stirmargrev.demon.co.uk>.  The voting 
form was published in these newsgroups on 18th December in 
article <N2iKsIA+Ste2EwDc@stirmargrev.demon.co.uk>. 

The voting period ran from 18th to 25th December.  A total

so the seven-member committee to manage scot.* will consist of Simon

Morton and Bob Scott.
